1 . GET PRE-QUALIFIED & SET A BUDGET

Analyze your finances and/or work with a lender to determine your budget.

5. OFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS

So you've found the property of your dreams. Now what?

9. TITLE COMMITMENT
 

What is a title commitment and why is it important to you?

2. PICK A REALTOR
 

Not all agents are created equal. Having a good agent matters.

6. EARNEST MONEY
 

What is earnest money? Where does it go and can you get it back?

10. APPRAISAL
 

If you're getting a loan, you will need an appraisal.  Find out how we can help!

3. PROPERTY SEARCH
 

Your agent will help you determine your search criteria and parameters.

7. HOA DOCUMENTS & SELLER DISCLOSURES

Review these to get better familiar with the property and neighborhood.

11. SETTLEMENT STATEMENT

Get your final amount due after any necessary closing and transfer fees.

4. SHOWINGS
 

This is the fun part!  Take note of what you like and dislike about each property.

8. INSPECTIONS
 

There's no substitute for having a professional inspect the home.

12. CLOSING DAY!
